Saw this morning that the Pitt basketball social media page and a handful of players recently followed a kid named Benjamin Mayhew.
Looks like he graduated from the Propel charter school in Braddock this spring, and was a 1,000 point scorer for their basketball team (which, to be frank, I didn’t know existed until now). He reports himself to be a 6’5 guard.
This is kinda how things played out with Vason Stevenson last year, and with Fisch graduating there’s a walk-on spot available. Something to keep an eye on.
