Proctor - decision could be tomorrow

I'm hopeful that one of these two will decide PITT IS IT! My gut tells me they are both headed to VT.
I think it's interesting that Proctor is making an announcement. He's already committed to VT. Other than Tyler Boyd I can't remember too many recruits announcing that they're staying committed to the same school. Hopefully that bodes well for Pitt. Garbutt probably going to VT.
He'll probably just post something again on twitter. He's not one of those clowns that looks for spotlight as I doubt he had a press conference with hats and all that junk.
Did they say what time?
He is at top of my wish list. That being said, he has appeared to go about the entire process the right way and I wish him success wherever he ends up.

if they get proctor and garbutt in next two days, add in rivers and hunter(2 more 4*'s) in the last 10 days or so that would be a damn good couple of weeks for Fuente.

with proctor and most likely garbutt going to VT, I know Debose still has a VT visit planned, I wonder if he might come our way now. Or will they get him as well.
Goodness... the way that is worded it almost sounds like one of those storylines in a teen highschool movie where the main character agrees to go to the prom with the first girl who asks him, only to have his dream girl ask him to the prom later that day. So the kid tells his dream girl he would really like to go with her instead and that he just needs to figure out how to get out of it... but the first girl's best friend overhears the conversation and goes and tells her what she heard.
Then of course the first girl comes and bitches him out for what he did. So the kid goes home feeling bad and his mother tells him that the stand up thing to do is to honor his first commitment and go and apologies to the first girl and tell her he really wants to go to the prom with her (even though he doesn't).
Now the kid has to go to the prom with a girl he really isn't that attracted to and watch the girl he's very attracted to dance and have fun with another guy in his place.
So tragic.
