It is just ridiculous. Pitt was the victim of such a play not all that long ago.
Officials need to blow the whistle when forward progress is stopped. I know that is a judgeMent call, but that judgement needs to be informed by instructional seminars with multiple video examples. Let the officials know how that decision should look.
