Question for all the RPI mavens on the board: When the RPI is calculated at the end of the season is a team credited with the supposed rank or perceived standing of their opponent at the time they played them, or their respective rank at the end of the year? In other words, we think we'll get a boost from playing a #11 ranked (at the time) Purdue. But suppose they collapse and do poorly the rest of the season. Is it as if we played Central Arkansas twice instead?
