yesterdays hoopie game had a play where the safety named Joseph for WVU crushed a receiver on a sideline route. Perfectly timed but looked like he hit him helmet to helmet. No flags were thrown yet the announcers thought they could have flagged him for the head shot.

Do league offices review those types of plays after the game? Do they have the ability to suspend a player for a half of the next game even though no flag was thrown?
