There was apparent confusion with some kids and our last staff on whether they were offered or not.

Then there was seemingly the confusion with our new staff and Anthony Long.

Now, staffs make offers to kids, but when do they reach back out and tell them their offer is truly committable - or - they really no longer have an offer unless a staff misses on targets A,B, and C?

For instance, Keldric Preston and Zach Gilbert have announced announcement dates, where I have to assume that they know their offer is committable before they would announce.

Also, for a kid like Hargrove, let's say Pitt would make his offer non - committable (assuming his current offer is committable) and he has the hats in front of him to announce as he pulls one, what if he would have a Pitt hat there for show, even if his Pitt offer was not truly viable?
