I have mentioned this in other threads but this who thing is absolutely the proof that tampering was involved.
It's been said he went to spring break in LA and then went and worked out with them. I mean its obvious USC set this up and essentially used it as an official visit right?
A kid doesn't just decide to go to LA by himself on spring break and then happen to have a workout with USC players while there.
It's pretty clear this was all set up by USC and used as an offical visit type of thing.
I mean that has to be how it was used and what it was right? So not only did they tamper but they are basically using loopholes as far as visits go and had a kid visit while not in the portal.
