Questions I had on Pitt defense vs Iowa?...defensive spy?...DL in 4thQ?...

Here are a few questions I had on Pitt defense vs Iowa:

1) Why didn't Pitt use a spy (LB or SS) on the Iowa QB to prevent him from scrambling, especially on 3rd and long?
- The Iowa QB rushed for approx. 50 yds and most were on 3rd and long.
- It did not appear that Pitt made many adjustments to stop the Iowa QB from running.

2) On the final drive and most of the 4th Q, why did Pitt have subs in on the DL?
- Why was Jarrett out?
- Why was Price out? I think it was reported he was hurt.
- Why did KK not play?
