Just got inside from talking with the assistant coaches and players, here's a few notes from scrimmage:
-The Defense won today after the offense won last week. Quarterback Chad Voytik said it was close, but offensive coordinator Jim Chaney did not appear extremely happy with the scrimmage.
-The offense did have a standout drive in the two-minute drill late. The situation was 58 seconds left with no time outs on the offense's own 40-yard line. Voytik said the offense drove down and scored on a pass from him to Elijah Zeise.
-Defensive coordinator Josh Conklin was happy with the win today and had a lot of good things to say about the defensive tackles.
