R. Cook loves to belittle PITT at every opportunity

Jack Ham was a guest on "The Fan" this morning. During the interview "Cookie" laughed about how bad PITT was during Jack's college playing days.

Jack exhibited a lot more class in responding to Cook & also said

* the PITT-PSU game (equal to Oklahoma/Nebraska) is a rivalry that should be played every year,

* PSU does not have a rivalry in the Big Ten, and

* Hackenberg will declare for the draft.

Without exception, all of his peers and colleagues are equally inept. With Pittsburgh media, if you're a producer you're just holding your nose and praying they're able to say things stupid enough to placate the lowest common denominator but not so stupid that people don't even bother dignifying it with a response.

Ron Kook belittles himself every time he loos into a mirror and then writes his Articles and Andy Baloney is just Un-listenable and both should be thankful sports was created so they could have a job. KDKA Radio Management has been bad for Decades now! Hiring the Dregs of Sports Radio is all they can do, while ignoring way better Sports Analysts such as Zeise & Starkey that with Chris Peak would make a Great Panther Show from 10AM-2PM not just on Pitt, but other Sports in Pittsburgh!

But they all are, aren't they? I mean, Billy Hillgrove is not a pure homer? Come on. Aren't we homers? It is okay to pull for your team and school. That is not a crime or a character flaw, even if it is PSU. I loved hearing the radio replay of 13-9, Billy Fralic literally sounded like he was ready to come out of the booth and KILL the refs during that game (which they would have deserved).

Don't misunderstand - I wasn't criticizing Ham in any way. It's just his groans crack us up every single time.
