I think Bastida is announcing this weekend and sounds like Pitt is high on his list.

We'll see actually what he's announcing. A commitment or a top 3 or 5 schools? Pitt has nice offers out to top LB's.
Am I missing some insider information that hints at Raines to PSU? I haven't heard anything for a while, but a few months ago I heard he was a heavy Pitt lean. Have things changed? This kid wears Pitt stuff in all his pics.
I don't know. If franklin lands Raines that would be a damn good recruiting job cause Quips don't go to PSU. Period.
Current quips are interested in PSU after working with local 7 v 7 programs and taking a group visit to campus. However they still lean pitt.
Raines is at Pitt today with a Pitt shirt on.
