1. PSU beating OSU isn't that big of a shock TBH.....OSU has been flawed all year, a ton of talent left the program for the NFL and you can see they aren't as explosive as the past few years, add that to being a night game at PSU and you would think it could be possible...

2. That being said looking at the stats it is a miracle they won, my god, special teams miracles for the win?! good for them

3. West Virginia is surprising just due to the fact the D has really played well in that conf this year.

4. All that being said Pitt fans need to get a grip, this has no bearing on Pitt's future, quit worrying about that stuff and worry and support Pitt's program, odd I know, but too often you guys worry about rival programs doing the heavy lifting, i.e. losing, than throwing your support behind Pitt

5. It is Alabama and everyone else, my god I have seen a lot of so called "dynasties" but the systematic destruction of every team they play is unbelievable.....Saban is the best perod...that being said LSU on the road and Auburn in a rivalry game.....

6. Final four as of right now, 1-Alabama 2-Washington 3-Michigan 4-Clemson

7. Ed Orgeron is earning his shot at LSU, personally I like him and hope he gets the job, the team looks different with him running things

8. Charlie Strong is officially dead man walking...personally he should be given more time but that ain't happening in Austin

9. I am enjoying watching the PAC 12 this year, new teams making a statement, Wash, Wash St. Colorado and it looks like USC is starting to his there stride........

good thoughts. Hindsight 50/50, but man should have known giving 20 points on a white out game was crazy. Can't believe Vegas screwed that one up so bad.

The WVU defense is the shock to me. No one thought Gibson could do it, We'll see next week is a good test again.

One more on PSU....yeah, looking at the stats, PSU didn't dominate by any stretch of the imagination. Really should have lost but it was one of those nights and it did all the right things when it mattered, especially scoring a TD before half. Came back from 12-0 and 21-7, surviving what a thought was a game clinching safety.

Can't believe Vegas screwed that one up so bad.I told a buddy, who is a psu fan and was going to bet on OSU, that it was a bad idea. I figured OSU would win by 10 to 14, which they would have if not for the special teams gaff's, but 19 is a lot for this OSU offense.

DH has done a very good job of getting good Juco's Its something Pitt should do a little more of to be honest. We aren't going to recruit in the top 10 to 15 and a couple Juco's can make up the difference you see it at wvu and kansas st. Teams that wouldn't be close to where they are if not for the Juco players.

that psu game was just one of those games that happen every so often they really only had 3 drives where they did anything at all. they had a FG blocked and scored on TD's on two quick drives with big plays other than that the offense sucked, but their D played well and kept them in it,OSU's offense helped, Then they scored the final 10 points with special teams. Urban running his FG team on late should be a huge focal point for the national sports media it was a horrible decision they fg unit really didn't have time to setup.

Was it me...or dI'd the OSU qb wait too long on every pass? the result too often was a sack or simply throwing behind the receiver.

Not to.mention....with PSU selling out on D....a naked bootleg would have been there all night.

In bad weather special teams often decides the game. Credit UPS for keeping the game close and their special teams for this win.
