I know a lot of people on here like to evaluate recruits by their offers and I just randomly came across this website:

Basically, this guy takes all the information about scholarship offers from ESPN and Rivals and lists player by total offers and Top 25 offers and comes out with a ranking metric for each recruit. He also does team rankings, state rankings, and even high school rankings by the number of players and their offers (Central Catholic is #33). Can't say how accurate this system is and I can think of plenty of reasons this system fails but I think this is at least interesting.
