Ranking the ACC's best & worst football uniforms!

It is hard to believe that after all the debate, arguments and consternation over the uniforms that there is no comment on someone in the media thinking that Pitt has the best unis in the ACC. I tend to agree with his list, however, FSU would be #1 on my list with Pitt #2. V. Tech would be much lower a I think their unis are pretty ugly.
The new unis are a step back, imo.
Pitt could easily have one of the best uniforms in all of college football. They just continue to refuse, which is unbelievable.
