Nothing PN does makes sense. Nothing.
When a coach defies logic there are only a few explanations…none of them are acceptable.
1. The coach ignores facts and relies on a hunch..,this is like some fool staying at the roulette wheel on a losing streak insisting his luck will change.
2. The coach refuses to admit a mistake and deludes himself into thinking there are other causes of failure.
3. There are secret reasons for inertia which, if revealed, would thoroughly embarrass the HC.
4. The HC is incurably narcissistic.
The current situation is so bad in my view that reason 3 strikes me as more plausible than the others.
