However, if Capel can, by some miracle, have a great class SIGNED in November when 80% of Top 200 players sign, then it makes the disaster of next season tolerable. If he does not have a high level class signed, then he will he fired next March.

I'd hope he can get 2 Ithiel Horton level transfers added this offseason to kick things off as well. A regular transfer would want to go somewhere to play, a grad transfer wants to go win. I think we can get a couple to come and play regular minutes.

There are a number of non evaluated zero stars in 2022 that Pitt is recruiting very hard, way harder than Jones. Im contemplating doing a small 2022 target list like I used to put it out. I may do it and leave a few of the under the radar guys off it because people are in "need" of a few new names to get some juice going for 2022 and a few 2021 reclassification targets.
How about anyone for 2021 besides Reid who isn’t coming here.
There will be a lot of transfers this year so we wont be the only program losing high end players. No reason to think we can't land 2 or 3, maybe top players from lower level schools who want to play in the ACC
no doubt but i think the g6 transfer pool is more like a hostage exchange.

Think about all the hate for XJ on here. Yet every single person here is getting horny on the FIU transfer who is the exact same player with less athleticism and worse stats.
I don’t dislike XJ. I prefer a less athletic PG with a higher basketball IQ. Guys like BK or Fields. Another guy who some fans beat up unjustly was James Robinson.
I was speaking in general towards the feelings of him on here. A lot of vitriol has been sent his way and people wanna bring a fredo version of him here.

The FIU kid isnt coming here so I dont care about him. I know nothing about him but....Carlik Jones is better than Johnson and the Big South was much lower than CUSA
Louisville’s best player transferred there from Radford. They’re not a very good team at all without him. It’s still a very real possibility something similar can happen at Pitt. As it stands now, we’re looking at a really bad team next season. But we really have no idea whatsoever what the roster is actually gonna look like yet.
