Cleaned old mowers and JUNK chevy3100 holding for brother in law out of garage and now looking to rent. Will put sofa and bed frame inside but admit gets chilly in there. No mattress because junkies will cut open and put stash inside. Had that happen twice. Does any one know the rules on keeping a stable temperature in renting unit? No fancy heating but can run extension to main house for space heater that we think can make sleeping area 60 degrees F at night. May need light jacket but no different then how the grandfathers did it. Price is 80 a week and do NOT rent by month so can kick you the hell out if being a mennis. Greene county pennsylvania. You are pretty close on sleeping temperature. “Healthcare providers and researchers recommend that you sleep at a temperature between 60 and 68 degrees, often noting that 65 degrees is a safe bet.”

Maybe you could install an out house and dig a well for water.

You might also try to put a wood stove in. That sounds pretty cozy.

I'm curious what one would do with a bed frame and no mattress? Maybe I'm missing something here, but I've never lived in a garage.
