Recruiting article: Could Wheeler be No. 1 for 2016?

Pitt is looking for its first commitment in the recruiting class of 2016, but head coach Pat Narduzzi has made it known to at least one local target that he would like to see that seal broken.

"I talked to Coach Narduzzi before practice [Sunday], and he said the same thing that he always says: he really likes me and he wants me to be the first one there," Central Catholic defensive lineman Rashad Wheeler told Panther-Lair.com. "I'm keeping that in mind because he tells me that every day."
