Just heard that Pitt offered Lake Forest (Ill.) Lake Forest Academy lineman Thomas Schaffer Sunday night. Schaffer is huge - 6'6" or 6'7" - and looks every bit of that height in his highlight film. It sounds like Pitt wants him as an offensive tackle, but he looks like he could play on either side of the ball.
