There are roughly 70 Power 5 teams. With the exception of the "Elite" 5 or so teams, and the bottom 5 teams that leaves about 60 teams. I've noticed that among these 60 teams most of them have a handful of 4 star recruits, many 3 stars, few 2 stars, and maybe 1 or 2 5 star recruits in their recruiting classes. So then what separates the good teams from the poor teams? Is it the talent and the number of 4 and 5 star kids they bring in? Or is it coaching; does the right fit/personnel matter more? Comments?
