I have watched WVU this year several times, and am very impressed with several of their players, all of whom are recruited by Pitt., including Devin Williams (reminds me of Blair), Elijah Macon, and Esa Ahmad. For next year, they have a kid out of Kennedy Catholic, whom I have seen play (impressive), and he also was offered by Pitt. From reading many of the posts on this board, there seems to be questions as to why Pitt is playing poorly. I would throw my hat in the recruiting ring. Pitt is just not getting the kids, and I am not sure why. We lost a recruit last year to Bruce Pearl at Auburn, and to Kansas (Diallo). I am starting to think Jamie is just too clean a coach for all the below board hijinks that goes on in recruiting. I would stick with Jamie, and enjoy watching his kids improve over a 4 year period (Brad Wanamaker), whether we won big or not. Hopefully we can win, but I would be proud of Pitt that ir did not sink to the levels of other programs. like Pitino at Louisville.
