Mat Town is a tourney hosted by Lock Haven —it is mainly for the JV type kids and unattached wrestlers. The Pitt results are not good,given that the talent was not very good-and all the Lock Haven kids were backups. Camacho got MD by 17-0 by a LH kid. Kaldes MD by a LH kid.Sciuto MD by by LH kid.Green(?)MD by a LH kid.Keman fall by a LH kid. McGill finished 1and 2.He got beat badly by a Buffalo kid. A lot of what you have said here is not true. McGill won his first match by tech fall then lost in the semis to Aaron Brooks from psu. Brooks is a cadet world champion and junior world silver medalist. Then McGill won his consi semi match by tech fall. For third place bout he lost in overtime, 4-3, to Buffalo kid. So McGill was 4th place. Camacho placed second and his loss came to lock havens starting 125, Werner.
I didn’t check the other Pitt guys results because I was mainly just interested in following McGill and Camacho but you were off on their results.
All I can tell you is what is on the LH Results-ie-Werner LH 17 Camacho 0-tf 4:41——-Wilson LH 17 Greer 0 TF——Moore UPJ 22 Kaldes 7 TF 6:09—-McGill lost twice first round 11-5 and conseys 4-3. Also-fkthomas-do you really spend every waking minute trying to belittle others because of your own very deep insecurity?
Was this McGill’s first time back after his injury? In that context, he did fine. Michael Beard is a top guy.
Kernan got pinned by Austin Bell (now Lock Haven, former Pitt and Belle Vernon). Bell was Nino’s rival in high school. Kernan came back with a nice 8-0 win and then lost a close match.
