i don't pay much attention to this stuff but i just looked at it. haven't looked all year or probably for many years.
but anyway, the top 100 is just completely monopolized by just a few schools. i don't remember it being so concentrated. really just a few schools getting ALL of these recruits.
it gets more diverse into the top 200 but really not that much. i remember the days when it was really spread out. kind of easy to see why the same teams are in the playoffs every year. pretty much all recruits are bama, lsu, clemson, ok, uga, usc, and then a few other sprinkles. maybe when i'm really bored i'll count up how many are going to the SEC. gotta be well over half.
