As for the reason of my post, many, including myself, have kept their fingers crossed that perhaps Foster would consider a transfer to Pitt if not emerging as a top receiving option for the Crimson Tide.
He had six catches for 102 yards in a scrimmage last week. So it appears as though he is challenging to start there as a RS sophomore. Not bad - not bad at all - good luck to him.
It could have been nice to have him in place for 2016 with Boyd likely leaving after this year, but looks like Pitt will have to find another dynamic player(s) to help replace Boyd. Hopefully, a couple of kids behind Boyd now, really emerge this season to help fill the 2016 void.
