The game was lost well before Cam Wright's end of regulation play. It was lost due to the combined 82 minutes of play between Robinson, Jeter and Jones that resulted in 10 points. Of the 10, 3 were field goals. When Pitt wins, 2 of those 3 provide low to mid-teen scoring. Young's offensive post play kind of distracted from the fact that those three were a combined 2 of 13 from mid-range and the perimeter. I deducted 1 make and 1 attempt from Jones, (dunk), which makes him 1 for 4, JR, 1 of 6 and Jeter 0 of 3. 2 field goals in 82 minutes. Minimally 25 points are needed from that trio to win. Young's inside scoring, Artis 4 of 5, 3-pointers and the teams 16 offensive rebounds allowed Pitt to be in this game.
