Does the fact that high school coaches in general work very hard on developing multipule RBs and TE is a 2nd thought play into Pitt's difficulty to recruit the TE position.
In other words the TE pool is much smaller that the RB pool.
TE is a unique blend of O-Linemen & Skill position players. There just aren't many of them.
