It was during the sixth practice of the spring in 2013 that running back Rushel Shell [/B]mumbled something about being "tired" and sat down on the trainer's table, almost literally never to be heard from at Pitt again. The next thing anyone knew, Shell had decided to quit the team."
Imagine that many on here may have been aware of this particular insight, but I had never heard that specific detail before about RS begging off practice and saying he was "tired".
Some other good tidbits and info. in there on some of the practice attendees and details about interactions with Damar Hamlin and the pace of Pitt recruiting so far this year as compared to some previous years, as well as some other interesting stuff.
