- Says he would live to play PSU into perpertuity
- Says there are some open dates in the mid 2020s both schools are looking at
- Can't resume series talks until ACC determines if it will play 8 or 9 games
- Says 8 or 9 will not hurt playing PSU if they come to an agreement
- Does not like the opportunity for bigger games over the next 10 years as other schools have to play 9 conference games and the "bigger" names are playing neutral site games.

Like I was saying. Pitt will vote for 9. 9 will win. I wouldn't mind them compensating ANY ACC team that ends up with 6 home games as a result (FSU, Clem, Lou, GT).

There just aren't enough available P5s out there to play with everyone at 9 and the SEC only playing 1.

A request to speak with Sandy Barbour, Penn State’s athletic director, was denied. She told the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette in a statement: “I have strong appreciation for the history and tradition of the Penn State-Pitt series. We need to determine where any future games would fit with our other scheduling requirements and objectives.”
