We get a few glimpses of some plays in this recap video that provides a little context of the scrimmage stats:
1. Lafayette Pitts interception was intended for Zeise, but Pitts is in perfect position to make it look very easy. Poor decision by Peterman to throw because it looks like Zeise is well-covered.
2. Henderson sure looks fast but also looked like he got left open by the defense. Also, note Bertke downfield throwing blocks with the red jersey lol
3. Tre Tipton beats Dane Jackson for the deep catch. Peterman threw a nice ball
4. Zeise had a beautiful sideline catch in the endzone for his first TD. Lafayette Pitts had decent coverage but that's just a great catch. Zeise's second TD catch had Ryan Lewis draped all over him and Zeise does a good job to hold on to it. Hard to tell, but it looks like the defense ran a LB blitz with Grigsby on that play that gets picked up well at the line. Chad reads it well and makes a smart throw to the part of the field left open by the blitz.
5. A few plays of Ollison doesn't show much. He looks shifty for a big guy. Jordan Whitehead catches him from behind on the last play they show. They mention he struggled running inside which is to be expected with our DTs.
