No sporting event today should be broadcast in standard definition. If the Miami-Pitt game were on WTAE ch. 4, it would be HD; but they decided to pawn it off onto one of their lesser networks. The ACC should mandate that if you can't transmit all the games in the package in HD, then you don't get the contract.
