He's ranked 5th, so I think he is getting some appropriate love. He is ahead of Pletcher and Lizak who he beat and behind Suriano, to whom he lost. He didnt have much hype coming into the season so the wrestling community is likely still learning about him. He definitely isnt a name yet, but if he can continue to beat top 10 guys with regularity, the recognition will come. If he makes AA this year, he'll have plenty of hype going to next year.

The thing is 133 is incredibly deep this year with 5 maybe 6 guys who can win an NC and another 16 who have AA potential. Now 133 doesn't of that superstar star at the top with Gross out for the year so it will a ton fun to watch in March.

Micic, Fix and Suriano are all superstar level talents and Micic is definitely the favorite for the National Championship at this point but it is a very deep weight class and will be tough to All American in that weight class for sure

I mean Fix won a Jr World Championship. But yea Gross would have been #1 if we was wrestling but all three of those guys are as good as he is Micic is probably better
