Serious question - Can anyone explain what Jamie is

trying to do with his substitutions? Please do not say he is throwing things at the wall and hoping something sticks. This late in the season, how can he not have a better handle on who plays and who does not and what normal minutes shpuld look like?

Sometimes Luther plays a lot, then he don't. Odoba hardly plays, then he does. Maia and Smith play starter minutes, then they don't. Sometimes Cam plays decent minutes, then he plays three. Jeter plays starter minutes then he don't. Is it any wonder this team has no cohesion and has lost it's offensive flow? I saw this starting 6 or 7 games ago. His constant tinkering with minutes has not proved helpful.

There is a very good reason for subbing like he has been. He has no idea what to expect from the people he is playing.I feel both in areas of effort and production,what is left to him but keep throwing people in and hope. I agree not a great way to coach or a great feeling for a coach

Its exactly what he's doing. They were down 26. They are a .500 conf team the last 5 years.

As someone who feels that Jamie has micro-managed at times in the past, I don't feel that way about this situation.

He's just trying to get what he can from whomever he can on a given day, and that means some helter skelter lineups and combinations.
