Even though I am and have been fully in the "get rid of Narduzzi" camp, my hope, oddly enough is that there aren't drastic assistant coach changes this offseason. In reality, I think Borbely, and Salem should be gone immediately and I'd guess at they will be as scapegoats for Narduzzi, maybe even Whipple too.

However, I fully believe Narduzzi will be done as pitt's HC after next year. Firing Whipple now would only be a detriment in 2021 when they have another staff with another system. My preference would be as little change as possible while we wait out next season. And then you do everything you can to get a staff in here that knows how to organize and lead a successful program.

Beyond that, even if you, for whatever hallucinatory reasons, think Narduzzi can still pull this out, you have to admit that next year is the year it HAS to happen. That WONT happen if you are learning a new system with a new OC, and OL coach. Especially with this lack of offensive talent. So in your case, you better hope Whipple and Borbely can figure it out together. Narduzzi hitched his wagon to those horses and now he should ride with them even though they're lame.

I'd imagine Lyke probably won't dictate assistant changes to Narduzzi, although, she'll be in the talks. And if she does more than that she might as well just make the HC change now because that won't go over well in any way really.
