Since PSU fans are playing the what-ifs hard...

What if Ford catches that pass, Pitt then finishes the drive to take a 35-7 lead? Beat down. It didn't happen, but if it did?

Also, seeing Joey Julius knocked on his butt made me smile. Julius helped Henderson bust that big return. Kicker supposed to play safety, bro. Not all chubby down by the 30 getting schooled by the little fast dude.

I think it's silly to do "what if" but we all do it. People tend to focus on only the final few plays of any close game. But obviously Pitt turned the ball over twice and both were costly. Blewitt missed a field goal, Penn State had a tipped ball reception that was huge, etc.

This game was won in the first quarter by the way. One team was ready and the other was not. That is the story of this one.

What if my aunt had balls?

There were so many lost plays for Pitt as well. Remember avonte Maddox easy pick 6.... Only to have the ball glance off his hands and then caught for a psu first down on third and long?

For his punishment, Avonte is probably going to have to re-watch that play 100 times.

Go Pitt.

I agree. Just saying they allow 42 to Pitt and half their fans are playing the "we should have won" game. I'm just saying what ifs can work both ways.

What if the psu coaches and players knew what to do when they heard rhythmic clapping?

All their concussed kids probably couldn't sort out their cloudy thoughts to differentiate clapping sounds from background noise. Shame.

What if Joe paterno would have handled allegations of sexual abuse by a member of his staff seriously? What if?

What "if" they actually called the pick play on the Barkley wheel route TD. Even the announcers said it was illegal. Looking at the replay, it was. Lead to a TD.

What if Caprara doesn't fall down when he's covering the TE who caught the ball inside the 10. Lead to a TD.

You can do this all day.
