It’s being reported Cuban is selling majority ownership of the Dallas Mavericks for $3.5 million. Unless he’s using the funds to make a presidential run, that’s an awful lot of cash to not be using on something big.
For a guy that was featured in the Pitt vs Penn State 2017 ESPN GameDay segment, it be nice to see him throw some of that cash our way. I know he didn’t graduate, but still would be nice for a “supporter” to make a real difference in the program the way some of the other big schools see. A cool $300 million would absolutely get the donation train rolling from the other bigger donors. Wishful thinking though…
