Interesting, this has been mentioned before. It's seems that the coaching staff doesn't have a voice either. Only SMS and her sister get to speak.

Yes indeed, though I think her intolerance of lesbian players was a bigger part of what ended her time at PSU. Winning probably masked the fact that she was rough on her teams.
