Snoop's son retires from football. LOL.

Not surprising, just a spoiled rich kid like Diddy's son. I give Diddy's son credit though, at least he showed up for practice and conditioning workouts once in awhile when he felt like it. Snoop's son never even could do that.

After all that hype, the TV show, etc, the kid just up and quits. Unbelievable. My only regret is that he didn't sign with Todd Graham, who badly wanted him, probably for his outstanding character I'm sure.

Football is a hell of a lot of work and not worth it if you aren't 110% motivated. I could of played D3 college football, but I was done. No way I wanted to put in all that work anymore, especially D3 not getting anything for it. And you're right, he's a rich kid, he doesn't need the scholarship to go to school. Football is something that you have to be all in 110% or don't even bother.

How does quitting football make him a typical 'spoiled rich kid'? Maybe he just isn't passionate about football. Maybe he doesn't want to risk his health. Maybe he'd rather focus on school. And rather than moan and pout about this or that, and make a scene, he called it quits with little drama or acrimony. You'd have to be obtuse, or otherwise brutish, to treat this as some sort of character flaw.

The only problem I have with Snoop is the article I read a few years ago where he said he was cleaning up his act because he did not want his son exposed to all the crap he did. So he wants HIS son to grow up in a clean environment. What about all the other people's kids he influenced with that garbage. I know, it's the parents jobs to steer kids away from it. But not all kids have mom or dad or either.
