The kid is A TRUE difference maker! He adds at LEAST 50 points a night for this squad! If only we had him all season! He is such a tough defender as well!

The sad part is the coaches know Nike is worse. He never took even a nibble out of Ithiel’s minutes until the end of the season with the defections. Yet Nike will be the answer here soon. Jeff said they were missing 25 points between the 2 🤦♂️
The saddest part is some people on this board still convinced themselves Nike Sibande is some efficient basketball player, he’s not anything more than some D2 level scrub running around having no idea how to play basketball

He was the 16th leading scorer in the MAC. That's not great but its WAY above D2 level.
The Nike thing has always boggled my mind. He was absolutely dazed on confused out there last year until the very end (like, what... two games?). And that's when he could even get on the court at all. Far from the proven commodity he was made out to be on this board. Femi was way more "proven" last year, and even he - with the benefit of seeing him for a full season - is well below the ACC standard for what a good starting player is. I mean, you could have five Yuri Demetrises out there and obviously some points are going to come from somewhere. I just think there's a lot of confusion among our fan base right now as to what a good player actually looks like. Perhaps because they've been so few and far between lately.
