Neve say never but it looks like Duzz will be here for a while.

I'm sure the people at FSU with that this were Norvell's last year. Sadly for them, with his buyout, it isn't.
Norvell is where Pat was last season.

One horrendously bad QB decision can do that to you.

Norvell with even a good QB will be fine.

Dude it’s not just the QB

They can’t catch the ball when the ball comes to them and isn’t thrown over their heads

FSU is flat out terrible

What it actually proves is how ****ing important it is to have a good QB, and how almost accidental it actually is. 5-stars flame out, 4-stars somehow get buried and are actually pretty good but end up transferring elsewhere.

Places like Bama and Georgia stockpile 4-stars, but only one or two of them actually can play, because only 11 guys can be on the field at a time. Programs like us need to find the good players that are buried. I don't know how teams can consistently do that.

Dude if you watch them play and all you see is a weak QB, I’m not sure what to tell you. They are terrible in all phases. That defense is atrocious.
Their defense isn't good by any stretch of the imagination, but it's primarily the offense preventing them from winning any games. The OL can't block either. They really do nothing well.

Their defense is fine enough. It threw in the towel in the SMU game. Got worn down in the BC game.

But that’s because of the offense.
F+ has their defense 40.
Give their defense a Top 30 to 40 offense, and you’re probably looking at a top 30 unit. Which is respectable after everything they lost from last year.

By the end of the Duke game, yes - they could not pass block at all - They had trouble just completing a snap without a penalty.

Yeah, their DBs, for example, were all over Duke's guys last night. It was multiple interceptions deep it FSU's own territory that did them in.

I feel like the staff is good at recognizing talent at other schools and finding a way to get them to Pitt. Holstein, for example.
