Allderdice and Central Catholic aren't participating in Pitt's 7-on-7 tournament this weekend, but I'm hearing that Damar Hamlin and the Jackson twins - Tim and James - will be in the South Side working out with the Pitt coaches.
For Hamlin, this is an opportunity to work closely with the coaches and see what it's like to be coached by them. For Tim and James Jackson, it's an opportunity to earn an offer, which is a real possibility. These will basically be private workouts for those recruits (plus a couple others) with the coaches.
Brian Batko will be in the South Side covering the passing tournament for us, and we'll see what we can find out as the day goes on.
