If they were really serious, they would have an individual coach for every scholarship player. And each player would have a private suite with his own chef and trainer. Who cares about the payroll - they will always be able to find donors to kick in big bucks.That is cool. Harbaugh uses extra coaches in advisor roles. It bloats the payroll, but shows a team is serious.
