A couple quick notes from the first practice:
- The freshmen look impressive physically. The DB's in particular just look like long, rangy athletes.
- The coaches mostly worked with the spring camp OL with Alex Bookser at C, John Guy at RG and Brian O'Neill at RT. I expect that to change.
- They also stuck with the spring group at Star LB: Idowu and Zeise ahead of Bam Bradley. I'm sure Bradley will get a lot of first-team work during 11-on-11 team drills.
- The DL was what we expected: Price, Jarrett, Soto, Hendrix.
- The top WRs appear to be Ford, Henderson and Weah.
- George Hill and Zack Gilbert were at practice. They'll both be around the team all season.
