The Cardinal up 20 to 10 late in the 3rd at Syracuse. Stanford just got a pick 6.
Syracuse and Stanford in conference. That will take some getting used to.

All these years as both a player and announcer and Ware is still one of the more clueless when it comes to down and distance/clock management issues. It’s almost incredible that no one has pulled him aside at some point and told him he needs to learn basic strategy.BTW, for anyone else watching the game at the end, how can a color commentator (Andre Ware?) be so completely clueless about who should be calling timeouts and when they should be calling them?
Stanford's got 3rd and 20 at their own 40 and he thinks that Syracuse should be calling timeouts to stop the clock. For what? So if they do get a stop Stanford will have enough time to call all their timeouts and possibly get the ball back? You don't start calling your timeouts there until the opponent is actually in field goal range, not just when they are at least another first down away from it.
Cuse at home should be a win

Neutral site in front of less than 10k fans. I choose to recognize that game as an extension of the covid year and therefore not a valid game.Yeah, well Cuse at a neutral site playing a tight end at quarterback last year should have been a win too.
