Some interesting STATS::
- We outrebounded Cuse 47 to 35. How does that
happen when your two centers combine for 5?...Easy,
Champ gets 16 on a bad leg...unbelievable.
- Three players with 20 pts.or more. Toney with
18.
- Horton 5-10 on threes, and hit a few fg's off the
dribble. I think he's found himself...hope so.
- X...as he goes, Pitt goes. 23 pts. in 35 minutes,
7 assists and only two TO's. Only 3 pf's. He
also was 13-13 on ft's. That's a great performance!

INTENSITY:
IMO this says it all. We turned up the intensity and
got on a roll on BOTH ends of the floor. It reminded me
of guys playing in their driveways in the suburbs vs players
growing up on the playgrounds in the city (Sorry if that
offends some of you). Cuse is a smooth jump shooting
group of players. They run very good sets, and can hit the
open jumper.
Pitt on the other hand has guys that'll get in your
jockstrap on D and out -agressive you on every
possession. When they get on a roll defensively, it
affects the offense.
Champ amazes me. Bad knee, missed several weeks,
dominated the boards, was out on the fast break, and
was almost unstoppable offensively. When you dunk
right in their face, it demoralizes the hell out of you,
and gets his team mates psyched.
Hell, I'm psyched! LOL

I wonder what was Pitt's shooting percentage in the second half.
