A few things that stood out for me:
a. Stats: 80 Pitt offensive plays, yet Kent St. won the time of possession by ~5 minutes.
Football has changed and time of possession appears to have gone from being hugely important, to irrelevant. The D was on the field a lot. This ain’t no Wanny football.
b. Eyes: Yarnell looked good to me on his drives and Pitt would have won handily with him playing most of the game.
Having Yarnell ready if Eli struggles with turnovers is a big advantage and he was better with his legs than expected. Curious to see if Yarnell gets a drive or two next week even in a tight game.
