Pretty bizarre stat line for a SG. Great rebounder. Great 3 pt shooter when he is hot, but very hot and cold. But it's tough to tell if he is hot or cold on a given night if he doesn't take any shots.

Is he extremely unselfish? Incapable of getting his own shot? Young was being triple teamed at times, was Smith not getting open or wasn't Young finding him?

Dixon was able run offenses that got Gibbs plenty of shots. Are they not doing this for Smith, or is he really bad at coming off screens? If defenses are going to neutralize Young, Artis and Jeter, Smith has to be able to respond.

The 2 position is stil up and down, feast or famine. Famine for sure last night.

Smith's stat line looks like something you might see from Maia or ANO. Not from a 2-guard.

I posted during the game that Dixon needs to run a set play for Smith. Nobody could make a shot. Nobody could get open.

Basketball 101. Overload one side against their zone to make 1 cover 2 to get Smith a look or simply bring a post player up to screen in one of their guards. Cant believe he only took 1 shot
