Still bizarre WVU in B12.

ACC didn't take them in the first round due to academics. Then the ground shifted again, and the ACC threw out academics but took Louisville. I wish they'd taken WVU. Louisville in the Big 12 would make sense.

But the the acc took ul, look at their academic rating.

Carolina mafia kept us out

As a WVU fan, I like it a lot.....We play teams like Okla, TCU,Texas,Baylor, Kansas State,Okla St. etc....These teams replaced Cuse, S Fla, UConn, Rutgers, etc.....This upcoming season we play Missouri, and BYU also....Variety is one of the spices of life......Trust me, it's not that bad.....

Keep telling yourself this and maybe you will keep believing it. Your over here now chest pumping cause of the great basketball start but let it play out. Most of the cc fans I talk to hate it.

Where is the chest pumping in my post? I like our schedule now better than before....Guess that upsets you....

The Big 12 is OK if you don't like to go to away games.Travel doesn't really effect the football players that much. It's still Friday-Sat Night trips. What is effected the most are the bb teams.Baseball just the late Sunday Night flights back. The fans are the ones that miss out,not so much the players.

Bart, very true and your one of the sensible cc fans.

The Big 12 is really bothering Huggy Bear. Man, is heaving trouble recruiting and winning games in that league.

Are you really this myopic in real life?

They have a very very good team again.
I think he is being sarcastic, in reference to Pitt fans who didn't want to go to the Big 12 for thinking it would have hurt Pitt hoops.

I do think Wvu will struggle there once Huggins calls it quits.

I'm assuming you're talking football, since I don't think you really upgrade by replacing Syracuse and UConn in hoops.

Texas and Oklahoma are obviously draws. I don't think the others are despite their recent successes.

You add no new tv markets.
Louisville did.
Not complicated or any conspiracy.

Nevermind you now have the Texas mafia calling your shots.
You took ul after we left, only because um bolted. If ul had went to the b12 we would have been in the acc with you. No big deal to me either way though

I still don't think so....thank your barbaric fans and weak academics for that. I'm being very honest and it's not a jab at you.

Reread my post.

Morgantown added no new TV sets compared to Pitt.
More to the point, you left for the b12... Taking yourself out of the running.

Louisville is a new market and was available from the American.

Fin.

We are only losing Holton from our bigs
lots of basketball left to be played.....I'm sure the natives were getting restless when Huggy went 14-18 2 years ago and only scored 39 pts in the tourney last year. I remember his Cincy days when he underachieved in the tourney.
