Stinks that it’s over but man that was a fun season

All too many times as a Pitt fan since the early 70s the last game of the year has left me with the empty feeling of what could have been or what should have been. While it sucks to for the season to end like that (where the panthers died by the sword, fbey went stone cold) I can honestly say this team expectations and you can’t ask for more than that

I feel especially bad for the seniors and last year players.They were so much fun to watch.Elliott and Cummings put what seemed like there complete college careers in just this one year.And Burton and Sibande gave their all from the moment he came to Pitt.They will be misssed and thank them for their efforts.

Yup gonna miss JB Nellie Nike and Greg. classy kids who were fun to watch.

Kudos to Nelly, he promised to help bring us back and accomplished the mission. Looking forward to seeing his brother Brandin coming in 2024 as well. He is a nice player and if HCJC keeps the guys we have here and the recruits I think we are on our way to repeatable successes.

Would have loved to have Nelly and Elliott for multiple years. And sure, part of why they were good players was likely their existing experience and age. But just a pleasure to watch.

Kudos to Nelly. We also have his younger brother coming in who is more talented.
