Big shout out to @USN_Panther for this tip., I can't thank you enough. You can use https://vitaiptv.com/ to stream basically every channel in the world, which include the CW. The is primarily advantageous for those of us outside of the country (I am in Brazil, so I can't use an antenna and I get Geo-Blocked by other streaming sites.)
It's $9 for 1 month and $35 for the year. To use it you will need to download IBO Player on your smart tv or IPTV SMARTERS PRO / XCIPTV / Xtream Player on your Firestick.
Not only do you get the CW abroad but you also get every CBS and Fox affiliate so you can watch the NFL. They have every other sport as well.
