If JD is going to turn this around, then he needs to make some changes. #1 bring in a veteran Asst. Coach. Someone like Tom Pecora for example. He also has ties to NYC. #2 bring in a good recruiter that can land guys in Philly, DC, etc.

I actually think most people would agree with this. Clearly, if Dixon is staying, he needs to shake up the staff because they certainly aren't getting through to the majority of the players at this point.
